or weekend passes in the special sign-out book, no special
permission required |

Member is allowed two Weekend
passes per month as long as they are NOT on consecutive weeks. |

Member may sign out for overnight
passes any night (Maximum 3 per week) |

AFTER submission and approval of a
discharge plan:

Member may apply to Vocational
Rehabilitation Services for training, testing and schooling |

Member may schedule time off from
work therapy to seek employment |
 |
Member may use Job Services of
Florida for assistance with employment |
 |
Member may attend technical or
higher education classes, subject to scheduling and Center
capacity allowances |

 |
Member will be assigned as a
"Buddy" to newer residents |
 |
Member will be eligible for special
Captains Club trips and outings as they are arranged by the staff |
