To give resident the opportunity
to continue working on their recovery program and work therapy

effective decision making skills in more unstructured settings |

To maintain recovery
accomplishments and to continue to work on further goals |

To continue to participate in all
meetings and groups that will contribute to greater recovery

To use overnight and weekend
passes to test independent functioning outside of a structured

in the work therapy and residential areas of life in the center |

To begin working on more outside
community based activities with minimal structure |

To expand support system |

To become familiar with the
Salvation Army church Community (Corps) |

Responsibilities
 |
Resident will attend all
prescribed recovery meetings |
 |
Resident will memorize
|
 |
Resident will seek sponsorship
(Temporary or permanent) in the outside recovery fellowship
groups |
 |
Resident will attend two Sunday
Corps Services |
 |
Resident will meet with the New
Life Counselor for continuing sessions |
 |
Resident will maintain all Level 1,
Level 2, and Level 3 responsibilities

Privileges
 |
Resident is no longer restricted
to the property |

Resident may have visitors at
specified times and days |
 |
Resident may make phone calls |
 |
Resident may participate in
outside recreation activities |

Resident may have overnight
passes on all weekends and one weekend pass
